A holiday in a Seychelles will create memories you'll cherish forever. We can help you plan your holiday so you have nothing to worry about when you're there but enjoying your time together. Explore our FAQ section below, and if you have any further questions, don't hesitate to get in touch. 

Flying time to the Seychelles is around 13 hours and most flights are with Emirates via Dubai. Emirates offer daily flights to the Seychelles from most UK regional airports.

As Seychelles is 4 hours ahead of the UK in our winter, 3 in our summer months and with the overnight flights jetlag is rarely a problem for your Seychelles holiday.

We can pre-book Business class seats with Emirates at the time of booking and economy seats only once we’ve issued the tickets. We tend to book seats for you automatically once we issue all tickets

There are no inoculations required for travel to the Seychelles. There is also no Malaria.

There are no child seats provided. We suggest where possible you take your own or the child can sit on your lap.

Sainte Anne does offer a selection of interconnecting villas. Please note that interconnecting villas can not be confirmed when booking as the hotel will try, where possible, to allocate these villas to families with younger children on guests arrival at Sainte Anne.

Cots can be provided at Sainte Anne - please check with our reservations team at time of booking your Seychelles holiday.

Some of the restaurants provide high chairs, please ask one of our reservations team if you would like more information.

Yes the restaurants will all puree infant's food.

Although you can buy baby formula in the Seychelles due to the remote location we recommend you take your own.

Due to the remote location of Sainte Anne Island we recommend you take as many as you can in your luggage, additional supplies can be purchased in Seychelles on Mahe. Swimming nappies are also a good idea to take with you.

Yes the children's clubs are complimentary.

Yes younger children can attend the clubs however they have to be accompanied by an adult or a baby sitter.

Sainte Anne does not have a teens clubs. But there are many sports and leisure activities on offer to keep them entertained.

Babysitters must be booked with reception and roughly costs 5 euros per hour. 24 Hours notice may be required.

If you are keen snorkelers then yes it is worth taking your own equipment with you.

Sainte Anne Island caters for children in every way including special meals.
