Choosing a Seychelles family holiday does not mean you will be stuck on a remote island with nothing to do, far from it in fact. Sainte Anne Island offers so much more for families than other islands and resorts and although the Seychelles is typically a beach holiday however there is so much more on offer than just sunbathing!
Land Sports on offer at Sainte Anne Island:
- Tennis, Beachcomber Head Academy, 2 floodlit courts**
- Nature Walks (from 13 years old)
- Table tennis
Land Sports that can be organised through the hotel as an excursion:
- Biking and Walking Excursions
- Bird Watching
**Please note that tennis balls are not included you will have to purchase these in resort or take some with you.
Watersports on offer at Sainte Anne Island:
As you would expect of islands surrounded by the warm waters of the Indian Ocean there is a great choice of water sports available to you on your family holiday to The Seychelles.
Unrivalled Water Sports
In the Seychelles, because Sainte Anne Resort & Spa is located in the protected waters of Sainte Anne Marine Park, we do not offer motorised water sports. This preserves the natural peace and beauty of the environment. You can still enjoy plenty of alternatives such as diving, snorkelling and kayaking.
Please note that water sports are time, weather and tide dependent.
Diving in the Seychelles
Sainte Anne Island offers PADI or CMAS affiliated diving with a comprehensive programme of dives.
There's some excellent fishing in the Seychelles with the best season being November through to March.
