Meet our fantastic team

Since a young age, I’ve always been fascinated by travel. I studied Travel and Tourism, and I’ve worked at Beachcomber for over 20 years, and I still genuinely love what I do. Over that time, I’ve enjoyed helping to plan unforgettable holidays and now also have the pleasure of supporting a fantastic team who share my passion for travel.

I try to visit a new destination each year, it’s a great way to stay inspired and offer real, first-hand knowledge. Some of my favourites are Mauritius, the Maldives, and the Seychelles, with their stunning beaches, incredible sea life, and warm, beautiful people.

After a trip to Oman with work, I was so inspired that I took my family to experience this amazing country. It’s one of the most authentic places I’ve visited, rich in culture, full of natural beauty, and still wonderfully untouched in many ways. From the dramatic mountains and desert landscapes to traditional souks, warm local hospitality, and the stunning beaches, it felt like a true hidden gem.

Following my graduation in Tourism & Business Management, I spent a year travelling around Australia and Thailand before joining a sports tour operator for three years, putting together tailor-made tours for clubs and schools, as well as organising sporting festivals.

I joined the Beachcomber Tours African product team in July 2002, drawn to the opportunity to tailor-make clients’ holidays across Africa, often combining them with one of the Beachcomber resorts in the Indian Ocean.

Since 2007, I have dedicated myself to Mauritius and our other destinations, which has given me the chance to regularly visit these countries, all in the name of keeping my product knowledge at its optimum. Happy days!

I studied travel at university, worked for an independent travel agent, backpacked for a year, married in Italy, and have been with Beachcomber since 2007, so you can safely say travel is in my blood! I work as part of our reservations team and also coordinate the paperwork for all our lovely wedding bookings.

I have a huge passion for travel and spent 12 months exploring the world, visiting South America, Australia, New Zealand, Southeast Asia, and China. Working for Beachcomber has introduced me to the world of luxury travel and given me the opportunity to visit some amazing places: Mauritius, the beautiful Seychelles, and Oman.

Travel has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember. From a young age, I was captivated by the world’s many cultures and the thrill of exploring new places. Fast forward to today, I’ve been in the travel industry for 17 years and counting, and I have loved every moment of it.

I’ve been fortunate to visit some incredible corners of the world (with plenty more still on my list!), and there’s nothing more rewarding than using that experience to help others plan their perfect getaway.

I’ve always loved travel, so when the opportunity arose to join Beachcomber in July 2016, I jumped at it. My background in various customer service roles gave me a strong foundation, and working at Beachcomber has allowed me to build on those skills while following my passion in a friendly, people-oriented environment.

I’ve been fortunate to explore a variety of destinations, from the stark beauty of Iceland to the vibrant cultural diversity of Mexico. Mauritius, which I’ve visited multiple times, remains high on my list of all-time favourites. I also love representing a product I know so well and feel so passionate about, it’s incredibly rewarding to share first-hand experiences with our customers.

I have always had a love of travel for as long as I can remember. I love hearing what inspires people to make their journey, and I am fascinated by the world, this love has always stayed with me. From the start of my travel career to now, I feel very fortunate to have visited so many wonderful destinations and shared many memorable experiences.

I feel especially lucky to have visited our hotels in Mauritius many times; each visit leaves me yearning to return. I have also stayed in a variety of hotels in the Maldives, the Seychelles, and Oman. These destinations have so much to offer that I love talking about them and always find myself discovering more with each visit. I have also travelled to Dubai and Abu Dhabi, both are ideal destinations and perfect for extending a holiday to make it even more special.

As Operations Manager, I take care of our clients during and after their holidays. This is an extremely varied role, which includes everything from arranging Sega dancers on the beach to assisting anyone who needs me via our emergency out-of-hours helpline.

I have worked in the travel industry since I was 16 years old, as a specialist long-haul travel agent, business travel manager, Middle East Team Leader at Beachcomber Tours, and I also help with reservations during very busy periods.

With a lifelong passion for travel, I’ve had the privilege of turning that passion into a career. After working at two travel companies early on, I joined the Beachcomber Tours team in 2003 as part of the Reservations department.

Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to visit a wide variety of destinations, developing a particular love for the Indian Ocean—especially Mauritius, the Maldives, the Seychelles, and the UAE. Many of my own holidays, including family trips, have taken me back to Mauritius time and again, allowing me to experience the destination in depth and from different perspectives. Whether through personal getaways or travel for work, I love sharing first-hand advice and travel tips to help customers plan truly memorable holidays.

I take pride in offering honest, experience-based guidance, and nothing makes me happier than helping others discover a destination I’ve grown to love myself.

I joined the Beachcomber team in 2019, and since then I’ve been lucky enough to visit our stunning Beachcomber hotels in Mauritius several times, falling more in love with each trip.

During my time here, I’ve also visited the Seychelles, the Maldives, and the Middle East, and there’s no exaggeration when I say I was blown away by each destination. Because of this, I spend my days eager to share these experiences and feelings with others.

I have always enjoyed exploring new places and immersing myself in different cultures from an early age. My backpacking days in 2013 confirmed that this was the industry where I wanted to be. My travels took me to new continents, to the other side of the world, and gave me the experience to start my career working for a luxury tour operator, creating wonderful travel itineraries for others. 

Since then, I have worked for an adventure travel company, which has continued to fuel my wanderlust, and now I’m back to my luxury roots, having joined the Beachcomber family. Having visited all the Beachcomber hotels in Mauritius, I’ve already fallen in love with the brand and what it offers to others for their own trips to paradise.

I joined Beachcomber in 2007 after studying travel and tourism at college, then spending a couple of years working for an independent travel agency. I now enjoy specialising in Beachcomber properties and booking what I know will be holidays of a lifetime.

My love of travel has grown from visiting some fantastic destinations, including Mauritius, the Seychelles, and South Africa, as well as travelling the west coast of America. These days, I have two little people in tow, and we enjoy holidays in Mauritius together, creating memories I will cherish forever.

With over 20 years of experience at Beachcomber, I love crafting memorable holidays and delivering exceptional service to all our clients. My journey in travel began in-store before progressing into tour operations and luxury travel, where I get to do what I love most: talk travel, plan dream getaways, and discover new destinations.

Since joining Beachcomber, I’ve continued to follow my passion for travel, exploring continents such as Africa, Asia, Australia, North America, and Europe, and sharing that enthusiasm with clients. Among the many destinations I’ve visited, I have a particular fondness for the Seychelles, with its natural beauty and sense of serenity that’s hard to match.

I take pride in understanding each traveller’s needs and uncovering the ideal destination for them, whether it’s a once-in-a-lifetime escape or a well-earned annual retreat. Helping others discover the world has always been at the heart of what I do, and I’m committed to making every holiday as seamless and special as it should be.

I have worked in the travel industry since leaving school, and I absolutely love it. I started off as a young retail travel agent before moving into tour operating. I’m in my element researching destinations and hotels, and I love putting together itineraries for customers and for myself! I’ve been lucky enough to travel to many places across the world. My favourite destination so far is South Africa; being on safari and seeing elephants, lions, and giraffes in their natural habitat is simply phenomenal.

I was excited to join such a prestigious brand as Beachcomber Tours, and I cannot wait to visit the stunning destinations we offer.

I have worked in the travel industry for many years and joined Beachcomber Tours in 1998 as Regional Sales Manager, covering the North of England and supporting our Travel Agent partners.

In 2023, I transitioned to the role of Concierge Manager, overseeing our guests’ needs from the moment they book their holiday until they return home.
