Coronavirus (COVID-19) update

The situation regarding the Coronavirus is ever-changing and our experienced team is monitoring the situation closely. Our advice is to always follow the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) travel advice. Here you can find the latest country-specific updates from the government.

All holidays to 31 August 2020
We are keeping up-to-date with the advice from the FCO and policies from government departments in our holiday destinations. We are still looking after guests with imminent departures up to 31 July 2020 and will update all other guests as soon as we have a clear picture of what lies ahead for us all.

What happens if the FCO advises against travel to a specific country?
If you are due to travel imminently, one of our team will contact you to book alternative dates or to cancel depending upon the level of restrictions in place from the FCO and for how long travel is cancelled.  If you are due to travel in a few weeks or months, we’ll be in touch to discuss your options.

What if the FCO does not advise against travel to a country?
Your holiday will be unaffected and will go ahead as planned.
If you wish to cancel your holiday, our booking conditions will be applicable and cancellation charges may apply.
If you’d like to delay your travel plans, please speak to one of our consultants who can advise you whether this is possible, if there are any costs involved and how best to go about this. They will be able to look for how long the holiday can be postponed and by which date we need to be advised of your decision.

What happens if I am ill or self-isolating?
If you are affected by illness or self-isolating you should contact your travel insurance company to ensure you’re covered in the event of being unable to travel.  We recommend that everyone travelling should ensure that they are in possession of a suitable travel insurance policy to cover themselves in the event of any travel disruption regardless of the reason.

Is my holiday protected?
All our package holidays are covered by our ATOL bonding and you will have been issued an ATOL certificate with your documentation when making your reservation. You are also covered by our ABTA bonding.

We appreciate this is a challenging and stressful time, and that your holiday arrangements are unique. Therefore, our staff will do their best to help you with your travel plans.
