CHI, The Spa 

As the largest spa in Muscat, CHI The Spa offers a secluded haven of relaxation for guests staying at the resort. Awarded one of the top 25 spas in Africa, the Middle East, and the Indian Ocean by Conde Nast Traveller magazine, exquisite facilities and a superb selection of body and facial treatments awaits.

Refresh your senses in one of the tropical showers and jacuzzis before taking time to switch off and unwind in the relaxation area.

Sports & Activities 

Indulge your sporty side with one of the land or water-based activities at Al Bandar. Led by a team of fully trained professionals learn new skills or develop existing ones, you can even opt for private tuition or take guided introductory courses for certain sports. And there is something for everyone from gentle guided glass-bottomed kayaks to HITT workouts, pilates and fast-paced thrilling activities including the increasingly popular phenomenon - flyboarding.

With its pristine sheltered beach, the resort is a haven for wildlife especially for green and hawksbill turtles, who nest here every year. Throughout the year guests can visit the Eco centre on the first floor to learn about conservation projects and listen to the resorts dedicated turtle ranger and his daily 'Turtle Talk'. Visit during January to August and you may even be lucky enough to spot turtles hatching.
