Offering spectacular desert views, locally inspired dishes, homegrown vegetables and exquisite dining experiences, the restaurants and bars at The Ritz Carlton Ras Al Wadi Desert are a treat for all the senses. 

This spectacular Ras Al Khaimah resort also offers guests unforgettable bespoke dining experiences with private areas available to enhance your stay. Guests also have the opportunity to inter-dine between the two Ras Al Khaimah Ritz Carlton resorts.

Dress code: during the day the dress code is casual, during the evening the restaurants prefer guests to be smart-casual, so shirts and trousers (full length) for men. 

During Ramadan some restaurants may close or alter their opening times.

Farm to table rustic dining

Serving a variety of seasonal dishes, this rustic yet chic restaurant has its own Smokehouse where meat is cooked for over 12 hours and home grown vegetables are used as part of the menu.

Offering both buffet and a la carte options of international and regional dishes which harness the finest spices, herbs and flavours from the Middle East and India. 

Open for breakfast 7-10am (weekdays) 7-11am (weekends)
