This oasis of calm and beauty, the U Spa by Constance is nestled within tropical gardens and offers a blissful and bespoke spa experience for guests. Choose from a range of classic treatments including massages, facials and body treatments inspired by the scents of the island. Or opt for deluxe treatments which specialise in restoring the body's internal balance bringing natural firmness to the skin. There's even a yoga pavilion so you can work on restoring your personal wellbeing.

Open daily for treatments 10:00-21:00 and fitness 07:00-20:00
