Terms & Conditions:

• Customer entries are only valid where all of the following have been completed before the closing date: (i) visit the Beachcomber Tours website, (ii) follow @beachcombertoursuk on Instagram, (iii) like the competition post, (iv) tag another Instagram user in the comments of the competition post, and (v) sign up to the Beachcomber Tours newsletter.
• The competition opens on 10 July 2026 and closes at 23:59 BST on 25 August 2026. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries using a verifiable random computer process and notified by email by 28 August 2026.
• Two separate prize draws will take place: one for eligible consumers and one for eligible travel agents.
• Open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Beachcomber Tours, Beachcomber Hotels, their immediate families and anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
• Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries or entries submitted using multiple email addresses may be disqualified.
• Travel must take place between 10 April 2027 and 14 October 2027, subject to airline availability and hotel availability at the time of booking. If a winner is unable to travel during the specified travel period, no alternative prize or cash equivalent will be offered.
• Mauritius tourism tax payable at the hotel is the responsibility of the winner.
• Winners and their guests are responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports and satisfy all applicable entry and travel requirements. The winner and their guest must travel together on the same itinerary.
• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta, Facebook or Instagram.
• The prize excludes travel insurance, passports, meals not specified, drinks, personal spending money, optional excursions and any incidental hotel charges. No cash alternative will be offered and the prize is non-transferable.
• Winners will be notified by email using the email address supplied on entry and must respond within 14 days. If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 14 days, or is found to be ineligible, Beachcomber Tours reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
