We hold an Air Travel Organisers’ Licence (ATOL) granted by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 2995.

All flight-inclusive holidays we sell are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. When you pay, you will be supplied with an ATOL certificate. Please ask for it and check that everything you have booked is listed on it.

ATOL protection does not apply to all holidays we sell. Please ask us to confirm what protection may apply to your booking. If you do not receive an ATOL certificate, then the booking will not be ATOL protected. If you do receive an ATOL certificate but not all parts of your trip are listed on it, those parts will not be ATOL protected. We are also a member of the Association of British Travel Agents (ABTA), which means you benefit from ABTA’s assistance and Code of Conduct. Our membership number is ABTA V1892. We can also offer you ABTA’s scheme for the resolution of disputes, which is approved by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute. If we cannot resolve your complaint, please visit www.abta.com to use ABTA’s simple procedure. Further information on the Code and ABTA’s assistance in resolving disputes can also be found at www.abta.com.

You can also access the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at www.ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. This ODR platform is a means of registering your complaint with us; it does not determine how your complaint should be resolved.

In the unlikely event of our insolvency, the CAA or ABTA, as applicable, will ensure that you are not stranded abroad and will arrange a refund of any money you have paid to us for an advance booking. For further information, visit www.atol.org.uk or www.abta.com.
