IMPORTANT VAT INFORMATION

I / We confirm that I / we authorise Beachcomber Tours Limited to invoice themselves for commission due to the above agency on bookings made through Beachcomber, and to issue credit notes should these be applicable in respect of cancellations or alterations to bookings. We warrant that:
1) Beachcomber has provided us with a copy of the agreement with HMRC for self billing as required in item 4 (f) of the agreement.
2) We will advise Beachcomber immediately in writing should our status regarding registration or VAT change as per item 4 (g) of the self billing agreement.
3) It is our responsibility to correctly include transactions so invoiced in our returns to HMRC in the correct periods as required by them, in accordance with item 5 of the agreement.
4) We will not issue VAT invoices in respect of transactions covered by the Beachcomber’s self billing system.
5) That we are properly authorised to sign this application and make these undertakings on behalf of this agency.
