We travelled from the north to the south of the island, visiting a fantastic range of Beachcomber properties, each with its own unique charm and appeal. It was such a valuable experience to see them all firsthand. Three hotels really stood out to me, especially for their stunning beach locations, excellent sporting facilities, and beautifully appointed rooms. My absolute favourite was Trou Aux Biches, the grounds were immaculate, and the beach was simply breathtaking. It’s the kind of place you instantly fall in love with. I was also very impressed with Shandrani. It’s proximity to the airport is a huge advantage, especially after a long flight, and I really enjoyed staying in a ground floor room within the adults-only section, it felt peaceful, private, and incredibly relaxing. Victoria also left a strong impression on me. I particularly liked the intimacy of its adults-only section, which created a calm and exclusive atmosphere, perfect for those looking for a more peaceful escape.
