The superb kitchens are overseen by head chef Michel de Matteis, who is a winner of numerous awards and was previously employed at several Michelin-starred restaurants across France. Signature dishes are crafted with care and high attention to detail using ingredients sourced both locally and internationally and all menus are designed to reflect the diversity of Mauritian cuisine.
Guests can enjoy panoramic views of the beach and sea from the three restaurants. Smoking is only allowed in dedicated areas.
