The superb kitchens are overseen by head chef, William Girard, who has extensive experience working in Michelin-starred restaurants such as Le Taillevent and L’Elysée, in Paris. Signature dishes are crafted with care and high attention to detail using ingredients sourced both locally and internationally and all menus are designed to reflect the diversity of Mauritian cuisine.
Guests can enjoy panoramic views of the beach and sea from the three restaurants. Smoking is only allowed in dedicated areas.
