At Alphonse Island Seychelles, infants are typically classed as 0–23 months and usually stay free of charge, children are generally considered up to 17 years old with reduced or promotional rates often available, and guests aged 18 years and above are treated as adults for accommodation and pricing purposes.

The Honeymoon rate is only valid for honeymooners whose travel dates fall up to 1 year after their wedding date. Marriage documentation must be presented at check-in for each room booked on the honeymoon special rate. If adequate marriage documentation is not presented at check-in, the hotel reserves the right to amend the rate.

Alphonse Island has limited accessibility due to its remote, low‑density layout and natural terrain. While pathways between the main lodge, villas, and the beach are generally well-maintained, there are no elevators and some areas involve steps or uneven surfaces.

Guests with mobility challenges are advised to contact the resort in advance to discuss specific needs and available support.

While Alphonse Island does not publish a formal sustainability policy document, conservation and environmental stewardship are core to its operation. The island actively supports marine protection and habitat restoration, including monitoring and protection of turtle nesting sites and marine life around St François Atoll.

Much of the resort’s food is sourced from The Farm and local supplies to reduce transport emissions, and waste management focuses on recycling and minimising single‑use plastics. Energy and water conservation measures are also in place to reduce environmental impact, and guests are encouraged to participate in eco‑activities that support local biodiversity and preserve the island’s natural environment.
