The Honeymoon rate is only valid for honeymooners whose travel dates fall up to 1 year after their wedding date. Marriage documentation must be presented at check-in for each room booked on the honeymoon special rate. If adequate marriage documentation is not presented at check-in, the hotel reserves the right to amend the rate.

Denis Private Island in the Seychelles is not generally suitable for guests with reduced mobility or wheelchair users, as it does not have specified wheelchair‑accessible rooms or facilities and much of the island accommodation and pathways are natural terrain and walking distances rather than specially adapted. Denis Private Island has sustainability at the core of its operations, with a strong focus on conservation, self‑sufficiency, and responsible use of natural resources. The island hosts a variety of long‑term environmental programmes, including restoration of native forests, breeding and protection of endangered endemic bird species, conservation of nesting sea turtles, and protection of its rich reef ecosystem, often in partnership with the Green Islands Foundation.

In terms of sustainable living, Denis prioritises self‑sufficiency by growing much of its own food on its organic farm (supplying vegetables, fruits, dairy, meat and poultry), using local materials for furniture and construction, and reducing waste and imported goods where possible. The island also progresses toward renewable energy adoption with large‑scale solar power initiatives aimed at cutting reliance on diesel generators.
