Recently, Sarah, had the pleasure of heading to Mauritius on a very special agents’ trip, but this time, we brought some junior travel agents along: their children. Our first stop was Canonnier Beachcomber Golf Resort & Spa, perched on a lush peninsula with sweeping ocean views. From the moment we arrived, I could see how the resort balances Mauritian heritage with relaxed, barefoot holidays—parents can unwind while the kids explore safely.
Mini Club in a Lighthouse – The kids’ club is housed in a converted 18th-century lighthouse. I loved watching my child’s face light up as playtime turned into a real-life adventure.
All-Ages Activities – Snorkelling, glass-bottom boat rides, tennis, archery… there was never a dull moment for the children.
Mini Golf Course – A charming spot for little ones to practice their swing (and for me to pretend I could play too!).
Odysseo Aquarium – Just a short trip to Port Louis offered a fascinating up-close look at marine life that the kids couldn’t get enough of.
Next, we headed to Trou Aux Biches Beachcomber Golf Resort & Spa, set along one of Mauritius’s most stunning beaches. I immediately noticed how the resort is designed like a tropical village, with families at its heart.
Spacious Suites & Villas – Our family suite had a private pool and garden area. The children had room to roam, and we had space to unwind.
Shallow Lagoon Beach – Gentle, crystal-clear waters made paddling and swimming effortless and safe.
Kids & Teens Clubs – From baking classes to beach games, our little explorers never ran out of things to do.
Six Restaurants – The variety of dining options meant everyone was happy, even the fussiest eaters.
Finally, we visited Paradis Beachcomber Golf Resort & Spa on the breathtaking Le Morne Peninsula. If Canonnier was about history and Trou Aux Biches about space, Paradis was pure adventure and luxury.

Reflections on the Trip
